What does it means to be created in His Image?
 
"So God created man in his image." Genesis 1 : 27
 
 In the Bible the word Image is likeness – or it can mean shade or shadow, the outline or representation of the original. Like a shadown or an outline of the hand from the original that it was drawn from. In Greek it can mean – mirror like representation. 
 
This painting asks the question; do you know how valuable you are to God? And how much He delights in you because you bear His very image and likeness! You were drawn from Him and you are his very reflection into the world.
